Promoting young people's immersion
and integration into the world of work
After taking on 200 work-study students in 2023, Apave now wants to go even further to meet its recruitment needs while promoting the professional integration of young people in a meaningful way.
Drawing on the expertise of its expert trainers, France's leading technical training provider, which trains 350,000 people every year, is announcing the creation of its ATC (Apprentice Training Centre), with four classes at its training centres in Taverny, Lyon, Nantes and Toulouse.
The work-linked course - Periodic Inspector of Low and High Voltage Electrical Installations - will be inaugurated at Taverny in the Ile-de-France region, and will enable apprentices to obtain a permanent contract with the Group on completion of their training.
In practice
- Paid training with a permanent contract on completion
- 12 months of immersion training combining theory in a dedicated training centre and practical experience in an Apave branch, enabling you to acquire both knowledge and experience at the same time
- Travel and accommodation expenses paid during the theoretical training period at the training centre
Our job is to enable our customers to do theirs in complete safety. Industrial, ecological, energy and digital transitions are creating new risks that need to be anticipated, controlled and managed. These changes are creating opportunities and creating jobs in fields as varied as electricity, mechanics, pressure, chemicals, the environment, renewable energies and digital security, to name but a few. These are essential professions, often little-known, which we need to promote more effectively, particularly among the younger generation and those undergoing retraining, in order to secure the skills and know-how that are vital to the long-term future of our organisations.
