Accelerate growth in France and internationally
particularly through external growth
With seven acquisitions in 2021, Apave confirmed its external growth dynamic in targeted geographies and businesses. These operations have enabled it to broaden its portfolio of offerings, with the acquisition of Rhexis and Camas in training, and its geographical presence, with TecnoPiemonte in Italy.
Apave has also acquired new skills in the field of digital risks with the acquisition of Oppida and LSTI in cybersecurity, AxesSim in digital twins and SixFoisSept in smart-data and artificial intelligence.
In addition to technical, human and environmental risks, Apave aims to position itself as a key player in digital risk management and digital trust.
Welcoming a growth partner
to support the Group's ambitions

In July 2021, the Group opened its capital to PAI Partners in order to support its external growth dynamic and its objective to reach a turnover of nearly 1.5 billion and to become one of the world's Top 5 sector leaders by 2025.
As a true growth partner for Apave, PAI Partners supports its ambitions, assists in the identification of external growth opportunities and brings its expertise in many areas such as information systems, digital and CSR.
Continue Apave's transformation into
a more integrated Group
In December 2021, Apave announced the success of its first employee shareholding offer, in the form of a Fonds Commun de Placement Entreprise (FCPE), with over 70% of its employees in France having subscribed to the offer.
The creation of this scheme allows employees to be more closely involved in the Group's long-term development and performance, and is part of Apave's transformation towards a more integrated Group.
Apave is also stepping up recruitment, with more than 1,400 new recruits in 2021, in line with its development objectives, in addition to the 250 employees who have joined the Group as part of external growth operations. This momentum will continue with 1,500 new recruits planned for 2022.
Improve the Group's commercial, operational and financial
performance in a sustainable way
The year 2021 was also marked by a clear rebound in the Group's activities and performance in France and abroad, supported by a good commercial dynamism. Apave accelerated the optimization of its processes, while maintaining a high level of expertise and skills. New offers combining human expertise and new technologies have already won over several clients, such as Ap'Structure, which is being rolled out across Europe and very soon in Africa.
"The year 2021 was an important year for Apave. Beyond the health crisis, which we were able to manage positively, the face of our group has changed substantially and new dynamics have been put in place. I am confident in the future of our group and in our ability to support our customers even more actively in accelerating their challenges in the areas of energy transition, crisis management, corporate social responsibility and digital risks. There can be no progress without security," said Philippe Maillard, CEO of Apave Group.
