At the heart of these transformations, Apave is inventing the jobs of tomorrow. This ambitious recruitment plan illustrates our ability to invest in the future and confirms the growth momentum that we have undertaken to consolidate our position as a recognised leader in risk management”, says Philippe Maillard, Chief Executive Officer of the Apave Group.

As for everyday life at Apave

it’s the employees who are best placed to talk about it!

Passionate about technology, I was soon able to evolve and control large and varied industrial sites (some of which are supplied with 225,000V) and specialise internally in more specific areas (photovoltaic installations, electric vehicle recharging installations, CONSUEL controls). Being curious by nature, I was also able to join the profession of machine safety inspector and thus advise and help our customers and/or machine manufacturers to comply with the regulations to ensure the safety of operators. Few jobs offer such a varied and exciting technical development.

The Group is continuing its transformation by offering its customers innovative offerings that blend technologies and historical expertise. For example, thanks to a unique solution in Europe, infrastructures (bridges, tunnels, etc.) and buildings can now be monitored in real time, thus enabling the risks of structural deformation to be anticipated. New practices are also being developed as part of Apave’s vocational training activities based on virtual reality and all the digital tools useful to trainees.
