The construction of the Toulouse Metro Line C, launched at the end of 2022, is transforming the Pink City. Beyond the technical challenges, this large-scale project places a high priority on environmental protection.

Tisséo, the project owner, commissioned Apave to carry out sampling and analysis of excavated soil. As an independent inspection body, Apave is providing its expertise to ensure compliance with environmental standards and protection of the environment: inspection of decontamination work on sites, inspection of rainwater discharges, inspection of the potential impact of construction sites on their immediate environment (groundwater and surface water).

Apave's role is essential in ensuring rigorous control and constant monitoring, thereby guaranteeing that this major construction project contributes to a more sustainable future for the Pink City.
