Apave to award the Responsible Operations Prize at the Pyramides d'Or competition organised by the Fédération des Promoteurs Immobiliers (French Federation of Property Developers)
With this award, the Apave Group is recognising players who have taken a responsible approach to property development, whatever the programme - commercial or residential, new build or refurbishment.
Incorporating CSR into property development programmes is a key priority for the profession, which plays a vital role in meeting the challenge of reducing the carbon footprint of buildings.
The Pyramid for Responsible Operations rewards the project that particularly integrates the following criteria:
- Environmental and social quality
- Integration of operations into their environment
- Quality of customer relations
- Social commitment
- Stakeholder relations
