The Apave Group pushes ahead with its international growth strategy with the acquisition of Systemics-PAB

Founded in 1990 and based in Poland, Systemics-PAB now has more than 100 employees and offers tests and measurements related to network performance (benchmarking), consulting and technical support services for operators and equipment manufacturers in the telecommunications sector. These offerings are complemented by digital risk prevention solutions, such as network and application vulnerability testing and network and application security validation. With 30 years' experience in the sector, Systemics-PAB has proven expertise in 5G technology and private networks, two fast-growing markets.

The acquisition of Systemics-PAB, whose core business is conducted in Europe, is in line with the Apave Group's strategic plan for 2025 and its objective of accelerating its growth in France and internationally, in priority development regions such as Europe. In particular, it will enable Apave to strengthen its presence in the telecommunications market, a market in which Apave, in Spain (through its subsidiary Eurocontrol) and in France, has been carrying out assignments for players in the sector for many years.
