Following the agreement signed between the two entities and announced on 11 May 2026, this acquisition aligns fully with AMPLIFY 2030, the Apave Group’s strategic plan for 2030. This plan drives a strong growth ambition by expanding, among other areas, its footprint in high-growth, priority regions.

Apave is delighted to welcome the technical expertise and know-how of GEI’s 200-plus employees. Their established presence in Singapore, as well as in Indonesia and India, significantly strengthens Apave’s geographical platform in Southeast Asia, where the Group now has more than 600 employees.

The integration of GEI’s advanced capabilities in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and metrology/calibration enables Apave to offer comprehensive solutions that ensure asset safety and performance across the entire industrial value chain, particularly within the energy, maritime, infrastructure and process industries.
