What is the inspection profession?

Assessing compliance and improving safety

For our customers (SMEs, SMIs, large companies, establishments open to the public, project owners, etc.), you assess the compliance of electrical installations during their design, commissioning and operation. You ensure compliance with the regulations and standards in force.

Following your intervention, you will formalise your technical opinion in a report highlighting the risks detected, which will enable the customer to take the necessary action.
You will also be involved in the commercial development and monitoring of your business.

Depending on your skills, you will be able to run training courses and carry out assignments combining technical expertise and risk analysis: safety audits, analysis of malfunctions and recommendations for improvements, monitoring the manufacture of new equipment, acceptance of installations before they are put into operation, etc.

In practical terms

what will your day-to-day work involve?

After a period of integration and adaptation to your new environment, your Apave experience will consist of 30% theory courses to deepen your technical knowledge and 70% field experience to put it into practice.

You'll take part in courses on professional behaviour, basic electrical concepts and the technical skills needed to carry out periodic electrical inspections, and join one of our branches to learn the trade in real-life conditions at our customers' sites, with the support of a tutor.

This training culminates in an internal qualification enabling you to carry out our services independently and to draw up a technical opinion highlighting the risks detected, so that clients can take the necessary action.

Joining Apave means developing your skills within a human and dynamic team and contributing to exciting missions.
