Based in Madrid and operating throughout Spain and Portugal, Seitech offers inspection, quality control and testing services aimed at reducing health and safety risks, cutting costs, optimising processes and improving technical quality control for the projects it works on.
Since its creation in 2017, Seitech has become a recognised player in the Iberian Peninsula thanks to an offering that has evolved and become digitalised over the last few years. Today, the company uses digitalisation and new technologies, such as computer vision, machine learning, remote vision and business intelligence, to offer practical and cost-effective solutions for its customers' field operations.
With its 80 employees, Seitech supports its portfolio of national and international clients with cutting-edge technological solutions (continuous vision cameras, remote monitoring, artificial intelligence (AI), etc.) for inspection, quality control, and testing. Its offering is complemented by consulting, technical support and training services.

Apave's acquisition of Seitech is part of the growth momentum initiated by the Group since the launch of its 2020-2025 strategic plan. Seitech thus becomes the Group's 29th acquisition, confirming its ambition to become a global leader in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) sector.
The arrival of Seitech strengthens the Group's presence in Europe, one of Apave's priority geographical areas for development, particularly in the Iberian Peninsula, where the Group had already invested in 2020 with the acquisition of Eurocontrol. Operating in the same territory, Eurocontrol and Seitech's offerings are highly complementary, particularly for the telecommunications industry. Following the acquisition of Eurocontrol at the end of 2020, and of Systemics (a Polish player specialising in telephone network performance measurement and analysis) in 2023, this acquisition consolidates the Group's offering for players in the telecommunications industry.
The integration of Seitech’s expertise within the Group will enable it to offer high value-added consulting and technical support services in the telecommunications and electricity industries worldwide, including in the Iberian Peninsula, where these two industries have been identified as strategic for the future economy. In addition, Seitech’s technological DNA represents an opportunity for the Group to continue advancing in the use of cutting-edge technologies, such as image recognition or artificial intelligence, both in internal processes and in value-added services for customers.
Faced with the challenges impacting the telecommunications and energy sectors – such as infrastructure resilience, cyber security, and the integration of renewable energies and 5G – innovation is now a necessity. The acquisition of Seitech strengthens our ability to offer cutting-edge inspection, testing and technical support solutions, increasing the added value of our offering to players in the telecommunications industry and enabling us to better support our customers by offering them more comprehensive and innovative solutions.
