Success of Apave's second employee share ownership plan 72% of employees took up the offer

The proposed scheme takes the form of a Fonds Commun de Placement Entreprise (FCPE) and offers special subscription conditions to employees (unilateral matching contribution for all, additional matching contribution and standard discount).

 

The subscription period, open from 2 to 16 November 2023, was once again very well received, with 6,164 out of 8,560 employees taking part, representing 72% of eligible employees in France. This participation rate was 2 points higher than for the first offer, which was launched at the end of 2021. It was already well above the French average and was awarded the "Jury's Favourite" prize in the FAS (Fédération Française des Associations d'Actionnaires Salariés et Anciens Salariés) Grand Prix 2022.

 

Through the FCPE, employee shareholders now hold 2.6% of Apave's capital.
