The Apave Group announces the strengthening of its stake in Certifer, world leader in the assessment and certification of rail and guided transport

By becoming a majority shareholder in Certifer, Apave is confirming its ambition to strengthen its position as a world leader in the transport sector.

With its subsidiaries Osac and Apave Aéroservices, leaders in aeronautical risk management, who confirmed the strength of their expertise in recent years, the Apave Group is stepping up its growth strategy in the transport sector with this acquisition of a majority stake in Certifer.
