Apave has worked with local governments around the world for more than 40 years through partnerships and technical assistance projects.

Many of our services are provided to major metropolitan communities (populations of over three to four million), public or quasi-public bodies and, of course, governments (assistance to ministries or prime ministers’ offices).

Our services may be financed by international donor agencies (World Bank, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, Agence Française de Développement) or the client’s own resources.

We provide organizational consulting to national and multinational public organizations to improve organizational performance. Our main services include:
