Apave Solution
Apave mobilised both a team of consultants from its subsidiary in Cameroon, which is specialised in human resources consultancy, and the personnel at its subsidiary in Pointe-Noire. In direct collaboration with the company’s management, Apave’s consultants initially worked to identify the existing situation. This was followed by chairing work groups, whose aims were to define and formulate the skills required to hold each of the positions. On this basis, the Apave consultants participated in the work-group meetings, playing the role of facilitators, then drew up the framework: the drawn-up competency framework was then submitted to the Technical and HR Divisions for appraisal and implementation.
