Created in April 2004 to satisfy the needs of the major industrial projects market, Apave International Inspection (A.I.I., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Apave Group) marked a decisive step in the Group’s conquest strategy, in France and abroad.
With Apave International Inspection (A.I.I.), the Apave Group has acquired a structure designed to support its customers with their large-scale projects, in France and abroad with the backing of the Group’s 20 years of experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary services in third party inspection, expediting or providing technical assistance for projects.
A.I.I.’s role is to support the Apave Group’s customers in their major industrial projects:
• Choice of sites,
• Assistance in drawing up administrative dossiers,
• Technical assistance,
• Impact and risk studies,
• Supplier assessments and examination of technical proposals,
• EC marking and inspection,
• Expediting and pre-shipment,
• Conformity with local and international regulations,
• Follow up of work on site,
• International technical passports, etc.
To fulfil the roles assigned to it, AII can mobilize the resources of Apave and the Group’s national and international subsidiaries and a strong network of locals partners. It thus sets up full task forces organized to meet the needs of
manufacturers, subcontractors, engineering companies and other industrial operators.
